Why Flock 1210?

Having operated for 8 years as Troop NC1210, we feel it's important to maintain a tie to that identity which has become well known in the community as we have engaged and served. Accordingly, we continue to use NC1210 or simply 1210 as our organizational number. The number 1210 ("twelve-ten") comes from Romans 12:10:

Be devoted to one another in love.
Honor one another above yourselves.
Romans 12:10 (NIV)

This verse continues to represent our commitment to selfless service.
